I am a lawyer and Doctoral Candidate at Victoria University of Wellington, in New Zealand. My passions are data protection, privacy and media law. In particular the scope of personal information and the injunction of free expression.

Outside research, I have worked in private and public sector roles in contentious and non-contentious matters. I do not practice on my own account and I do not offer legal services to the public.

I hold accreditation as a Fellow of Information Privacy with the International Association of Privacy Professionals, with certification in CIPP/E, CIPT, & CIPM. I have previously taught accredited courses in CIPM and CIPT.
